About Us
Swallowtail Farm is a small family farm located near Perth Ontario owned and operated by myself, Ali Ross. We have been growing Award Winning Garlic since 2007. We sell from the farm by appointment, through our website, at the Carp Farmers Market and the Carp Garlic Festival in the summertime. Here at our farm, as well as fresh garlic we grow seasonal veg such as rhubarb, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions & root veg. We specialize in Award Winning garlic for culinary use, seed garlic for planting, garlic powders, seasoning blends, feta dips, pestos, garlic scapes, pickles and sauerkraut. We began growing food in order to feed our family well raised healthy food.
