Our own organically grown 2013 apple juice made into hard cider, then double fermented into cider vinegar, with fresh wildcrafted pine needles steeped in for 6 weeks. A fabulous orchard- forest condiment with many nutritional, medicinal, and flavour benefits: pine needle extract is an excellent source of Vitamin C complex, A and K and B complex. It contains shikimic acid, the basis for Tamilflu, a common flu remedy. Cider vinegar is well known for it's digestive, joint, weight loss and overall health benefits as well.
